Description

The main reason why we organize this activity is to promote the winter products among the travel trade. Winter is still quite unknown among the Spanish travel trade and we want to get them to know new winter destinations in Norway.
The activity will combine a few hours for a small workshop where buyers and suppliers can have short meetings and an event/presentation about winter all over Norway with a focus on local gastronomy.

The main purpose for this event is to get introduced to some clients in the market and get a few contacts.

Who is this activity for?

Activity companies, attractions, carriers, destinations, hotels, other accommodations, incoming operator – regional & national

We are looking for destinations and suppliers who have a competitive offer for Winter: Winter activities without skis, ski destination, ski& sail, small boutique accommodations open in Winter, Winter destinations & resorts.

Who are the buyers?

Tour operators, travel agencies, event agencies, independent agents

We will invite:

Tour operators working with alpine skiing
Tour operators and travel agencies selling randonnée ski and ski & sail
Adventure travel agencies and tour operators already working with Norway in Winter.
Adventure travel agencies and tour operators working with competing destinations.
Tour operators working with FIT and small groups in winter

Technical information

Price: EUR 800.- ex. VAT per company/person
Includes:

Promoting the products of the supplier towards the most relevant tour operators and travel agencies in the Spanish market during a presentation/event.
Desk /meeting table for each participant at the Workshop
Meals during the event

Does not include:

Accommodation
Travel costs

Nbr of participants: minimum 10, maximum 25

Registration

Registration will open in November/December.
"First come/first served" concept applies.
