Market Presence: 

Once you sign up as a partner, you will start being a part of various activities our India office is engaged in. Here are some of the benefits and an overview of India activities that you will benefit from throughout  the year (no physical presence from you needed, this is done by our sales office in India):

• Sales visits in target markets Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore/Chennai (alternating). Partners logo and services will be highlighted
• Destination training highlighting the partner destination & products in target markets
• Contact details | logo included in DMC list for regular dissemination to the travel trade on request
• Servicing calls from travel trade for itinerary planning / activity suggestions would include highlighting partners products
• Servicing calls from both consumer, online and travel trade media: development and distribution of quarterly STB newsletters for Travel Trade with partner logo and web links.
• Social media, E Flyers and promotions for partners prior to seminar
• One minute partner video for social media promotions prior to the seminar
• Development and distribution of quarterly STB newsletters for Scandinavian Partners
• E Partner booklet with brief 1 page description, partner picture and contact details

Roadshow: 

Physical presence required.
One product seminar / workshop for tour operators in Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai including a Networking lunch with Scandinavian partners and India Travel Trade Partners.

Who is this activity for?

Level of experience
We highly encourage companies with an existing B2B network and experience, whether they are relatively new to the market or already possess strong market knowledge.

We strongly encourage the following types of companies to attend: 
Activity companies, attractions, carriers, destination companies, regional destination companies, hotel chains, independent hotels, national incoming operators. 

Types of products and seasons

We encourage providers that have corresponding products to attend: 

  • Can promote sustainable travel / slow travel / electrical travel
  • Offer outdoor soft activities
  • Can promote activities / products on showcasing the Norwegian cultural heritage
  • Have focus on local food / Norwegian food treasure
  • Have focus on Sami culture

Who are the buyers? 

Type of companies invited to attend: 

Buyers are hand picked to attend, based on our tourism strategy. Tour operators and incoming operators should have a high focus on longer stays, include activities and attractions in their programs, and visiting several areas of Norway.

Technical information

Price: Early Bird fee: USD 4 400.- deadline 31st of March
           Fee from the 1st of April: USD 5400.- 
Date: Market presence: all year // Roadshow: 9.-14. November 2025
