Product Lab followed by gastronomic networking feast - UK 2024

Description

The dinner will be held in the The Escoffier Room - The Vincent Rooms at Westminster Kingsway College. The restaurant is run by students from Westminister Kingsway College, the college where Jamie Oliver was educated amongst others. The evening will be a Scandinavian themed dinner, with fish from the Norwegian seafood council. It will start with mingling, then a 5-minute presentation per partner, followed by a 5 course dinner with wine pairing. Norwegian partners will be able to move from table to table during the meal, enabling them to speak to all the British guests.

This evening not only gives the partners a chance to promote what is new in their region, it promotes the Norwegian cuisine and at the same time we help young people develop their hospitality skills and appreciation of the Scandinavian kitchen.
