Local Cultural Heritage Event France 2024
Events
Description
According to several studies, "Culture & Heritage" is an important reason to go when deciding upon a holiday destination for the French market. Furthermore, Norway will host 2 high-profiled events in 2024 – Bocus d’Or in Trondheim and European Capital of Culture in Bodø. We wish to benefit from the PR effect of these events to attract buyers who wish to develop Norway as a culture and local heritage destination. Our aim is to attract around 15-20 potential buyers from the Paris region whose main target group are FIT's interested in including more cultural & gastronomical activities in their programmes.
At the same time, we wish to combine the trip to Paris with a competence program for the Norwegian suppliers attending. We will offer them a site inspection to a French destination targeting the Culture & Heritage international segment.
