High-End Networking Event UK 2025

Description

Visit Norway will run an exclusive workshop for providers of High-End products at The Conduit The Conduit Club | Private Members' Club in London a private members club in London. We will invite up to 15 Norwegian partners and approximately 20 tour operators and agents working in the High-end segment. It will be a traditional workshop with pre-arranged meetings, interspersed with networking opportunities including lunch and a drinks reception at the end of the day.

Who is this activity for

The activity is aimed at those who work in the high-end sector.

Level of experience
We only encourage companies with existing B2B network and experience to participate, whether they are relatively new to the market or already possess strong market knowledge.

Type of companies
We encourage the following type of companies to attend: Activity companies, DMCs, high-end hotels, unique luxury accommodation and guide companies.

Type of products & season
We encourage providers that have corresponding products to attend: 

• Can promote sustainable travel / slow travel / electrical travel
• Offer outdoor soft activities
• Can promote activities / products on showcasing the Norwegian cultural heritage
• Have focus on local food / Norwegian food treasure
• Have focus on Sami culture

Who are the buyers

The buyers attending this networking event operate in the high-end/luxury market and any Norwegian partners must offer products of a very high-quality, excellent service and ability to tailor-make.

Price: £1500.- per company, per person. 
Maximum participants: 15 companies / Minimum participants: 10 companies
