Description
This is your chance to meet the German speaking market! You will meet tour operators and travel agents working with Norway already for a period and those who are interested in finding new products and business partners on this exclusive event.
This activity consists of two parts:
Part 1: Mingling evening event with 15-20 buyers
By kicking off with a networking evening at a cooking school, we create a relaxed icebreaker environment, making it easy for you to connect with buyers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
2. Visit at one of the most relevant tour operators (Studiosus) office in Munich
The next morning, we will visit one of the leading tour operators specializing in ‘Studienreisen’ (study tours) for a half-day learning session.
Studiosus has clients who are willing to invest in quality products. They enjoy learning about different cultures and prefer traveling off the beaten path.
Studiosus is also making great efforts to work sustainable. At their large office in Munich, we will have the opportunity to meet the product managers responsible for Norway, along with many other colleagues from this key tour operator. This is a fantastic chance for you to expand your knowledge and promote your product or region to an exceptionally discerning buyer.

We highly encourage companies with or without an existing B2B network and experience, whether they are relatively new to the market or already possess strong market knowledge.

We strongly encourage the following types of companies to attend: Activity companies, attractions, carriers, destination and regional destination companies, hotel chains, independent hotels, other type of accommodation.

- Can promote activities / products on showcasing the Norwegian cultural heritage

We aim to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the travel trade in the German-speaking market. You’ll visit a major tour operator and network with travel agents and smaller operators specializing in Norway and the Nordic countries. This will be a great opportunity to discover new trends and fresh ideas for your business.
Technical information
Date: 12th-13th November
Price: EUR 850.- per company, per person
Minimum number of participants: 8
Maximum number of participants: 10
If we do not reach the minimum number, the activity will be cancelled.
Price includes:

- Transfer from the main train station in Munich to Studiosus Office
Price does not include:
- Travel costs
