This event is planned as a seminar & mingling event. However, if we get enough suppliers attending – a workshop will be hosted. But we plan for a seminar to start with – where suppliers can present their product(s), followed by a mingling session, where one to one talks, or one to many discussions can be performed.

The main purpose of this event is to provide an arena for a general marketing of your company & products towards the B2B segment in the market.

This activity fits to the providers that:

  • Already have some network & market knowledge
  • Already have a very good network & market knowledge

Type of companies:

Activity companies, attractions, carriers, destinations, hotels, other accommodations.

Sustainable products, products for FITs, products for groups, particular focus on Winter (Season Sept-April), soft activities. Longer stays – what can they do while staying several days

Who are the buyers?

Tour operators, travel agencies, independent agents

We invite operators/agents who are ready to focus on sustainable products, longer stays – both at destination and in Norway in general (mono/duo destinations), culture/food/adventure experiences. FIT, small groups, incentive organizers.

Technical information

Dates: 28th of August in Seoul and 30th of August in Tokyo
Price: NOK 7000.- per participant, per market
Presentation to the buyers
Fingerfood/ drinks during mingling
Product manual to the suppliers

Does not include: 
Travel costs

Minimum, maximum participants: minimum 3 participants.
