STATUS

Cancelled - Innovation Norway has decided to cancel or postpone all planned B2B activities until August. Since this is a fair organised by a 3rd party, it is not possible to postpone. 


Background & Goals

The Table Talk is a new activity in the German. This is a smart mix of matchmaking via pre booked meetings in the afternoon and a networking event in the evening. 

The Table Talk offers each supplier their own appointment desk to meet and chat with the buyers.

Every buyer has to make and keep a certain number of appointments, done online before the event.

After the “Table Talk Appointment Slots” the buyers and the suppliers organize a networking reception where they can meet each other without any pre booked appointments.

It is a new format that we want to test out. There are not many internationally oriented MICE arenas in Germany, but this provider is quite experienced and the format sounds promising.

  • Pre-scheduled appointments

  • Meals according to the official program

Does not include:

  • Your own travel costs to the Sales Call destination
  • Accommodation
  • Meals not included in the official program

Minimum/maximum number of participants: 12 / 25

STATUS

The FAM-trip part of this activity is cancelled. The workshop part will be inclued in the international workshop MeetInNorway.

A decistion will be made in June if the MeetInNorway will be organised as a digital workshop.

Background & Goals


We invite 20 top buyers from Germany to speed date a broad range of Norwegian Suppliers at a Workshop located in Norway. Rounded up by a in depth experience to a Norwegian destination on a FamTrip.

We aim to give the Norwegian suppliers 20 speed-meetings with top buyers and networking possibilities.

There will also be possible to apply for a fam trip after the workshop. Our goal is to be able to offer 3 different fam trips to different regions of Norway to the buyers attending. Please see separate criteria for fam trips. More information about deadline for applying etc. will come soon. 

Those hosting a fam trip to their destination get a great possibility to show their offers and get to know the buyers and their needs even better.
