Ambitions

  • This activity will help us reach out to the relevant tour operators we wish to work with in the long term.
  • This activity will help up educate the local travel trade in the direction of our strategy.
  • This activity will help generate sales and help the Norwegian tourism industry get back on track quickly after 2 years of the pandemic
  • This activity will help the Norwegian tourism industry develop the right products for our international guests, by keeping up with the market situation
  • This activity will help the Norwegian tourism industry to adapt its products to our strategy and get an understanding of how to implement changes in a B2B perspective.

Sustainability

We will try to use as much recycled or sustainable furniture as possible.
We will avoid the use of printed material as much possible (this will apply Visit Norway).
We will encourage the use of public transport to/from the fairground.

The clients visiting the fair (tour operators and travel agencies) are looking for a good range of suppliers depending on their needs. Mainly targeted towards the leisure market (both groups and FIT).
Very suitable for DMCs, carriers, suppliers with new products, destinations with new products. Winter and shoulder season products. Active products: mainly hiking, biking. But also photographic trips, theme trips, fishing. Interest in sustainable products is growing very quickly. Food related activities/products. English is fine, but knowledge of Italian would be a bonus.

We will invite both tour operator and travel agencies. The main focus will be on all the tour operators programming Norway, interested in the Nordics or Northern Europe in general.
Strong focus on those working on sustainability, activities and food.

Activities

  • B2B Fair

TTG Travel Experience is the most important B2B travel fair in Italy. It is the perfect opportunity to get in touch with different buyers ranging from tour operators (both specialized in Nordic countries and potential buyers), travel agency networks and pure travel agencies. Our stand will be a Nordic stand, including other Nordic countries, in order to gain more visibility and attract visitors.
The objective is to increase business in leisure travelling, mainly in Norway and Nordic countries, by creating new key contacts in the Italian tourism industry as well as meeting established contacts and clients to strengthen business.


TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Price: €2,500 (per desk, max. 2 participants per company)

Includes: 1 desk for 2 pax, 1 networking dinner (TBC) for exhibitors and Italian tour operators

Does not include: hotel and travel expenses

Participants: maximum around 20 Nordic companies
