  • This activity will help us reach out to the relevant tour operators we wish to work with in the long term.
  • This activity will help up educate the local travel trade in the direction of our strategy.
  • This activity will help generate sales and help Norwegian tourism industry fast back on track after 2 years of pandemic
  • This activity will help the Norwegian tourism industry develop the right products for our international guests, by keeping up with the market situation
  • This activity will help the Norwegian tourism industry adapt its products to our strategy and get an understanding of how to implement changes in a B2B perspective.

Sustainability

Combining the 3 China seminars with the opportunity to hold seminars in Hong Kong and Taiwan saves 1 long haul trip
Venue and facilities will also be chosen according to a sustainable focus.

We do not think there are enough suppliers who want to travel long haul markets already in 2022. Also, due to limited budgets, we need to arrange cost-efficient meeting places.
Travel Trade seminars and mingling events are therefore a good way of creating interaction and allowing suppliers to present to the travel trade in the markets.

Price: China (3 cities) 20,000 RMB

+ Hong Kong NOK 6,500

+Taiwan NOK 6,500

Includes:

  • business visit arrangements to key tour operators (China)
  • invitation of the buyers
  • the venue and relevant setup
  • welcome reception in Shanghai
  • table signs
  • tea breaks
  • the airport group transfers from Shanghai to Guangzhou and Guangzhou to Beijing for STB suggested flights

(Surcharge will be applied if there is more than 1 participant per company)

Does not include:  

  • air tickets
  • hotel accommodation

  • interpreter
  • postage
  • travel insurance
