STATUS

WTM has cancelled its physical fair and made a digital replacement.
Innovation Norway will not participate at this fair.

Background & Goals

This is an opportunity for Norwegian suppliers to meet with buyers from all over the world. Staged annually, WTM London 2019 is the leading global event for the travel industry. It is a unique opportunity for the whole global travel trade to meet, network, negotiate and conduct business under one roof.
Innovation Norway will be exhibiting at World Travel Market 4-6 November at ExCel London, this year with renewed stand design. Like last year, we will share the stand with Finland, Iceland and Iceland Air. Innovation Norway will coordinate the Norwegian stand in 3 different categories and invite you to meet key contacts and decision makers from all over the world throughout the days of the event.
The goal is to have 14 companies on the stand.

Type of activity

B2B Fair

World Travel Market is an opportunity to meet with buyers from all over the world for 3 days under the umbrella of Norway, and Scandinavia.

Who is this for?

  • Activity companies
  • Carrier
  • Destination
  • Hotel
  • Other accommodation
  • Incoming operator – regional

At this fair suppliers will meet buyers from all over the world. There is a good amount of buyers who will be introduced to Norway for the first time, for that reason, smaller suppliers benefit from participating under the umbrella of their region, if possible.
All participants must have English websites and be ready to give quick response to requests after the show.

Type of clients:

  • Tour operator

For this activity we will be targeting British tour operators who we already know, and where we see potential for adding new season products by sending them an invitation to our stand. Suppliers book their own meetings beforehand and there will also be a lot of drop ins at the stand. There will also be a lot of journalists and bloggers at this event and we do our best at the 'information desk' to filtrate and see who is relevant and who is not.
