Minimum/maximum number of participants:
Max 50 suppliers in total in Milan and max 6 suppliers for Norway in Rome (due to limited capacity in Rome, and if we have too much demand, we will select a mix of suppliers representing a good diversity of the country.
*The workshop in Rome is only opened to suppliers participating at the workshop in Milan and cannot be bought separately).

This workshop will be done digitally with B2B meetings.
The focus is mainly on leisure buyers but we will invite also some selected MICE companies. We will invite tour operators all around Italy. We will have a mix of buyers already programming our destination but also potential new operators willing to include new products and destinations. We will focus also on niche tour operator in target with our defined target groups.

Background & Goals
The Nordic Workshop is the perfect opportunity to get in touch with selected tour operators and MICE contacts in the Italian market and is organised every year by Innovation Norway, Visit Denmark, Visit Finland and in collaboration with Promote Iceland.
The objective is to increase business mainly of leisure travelling, in Norway and Nordic countries by creating new key contacts in the Italian tourism industry as well as meeting established contacts and clients to strengthen business.
The choice of the cities of Rome and Milan is strategic because most of the specialized and potential new tour operators come from these areas.
The goal of these workshops is to get 60 buyers in Milan and 30 in Rome covering the complete range of the product (leisure groups and individuals, activities such as hiking and biking, winter and shoulder seasons and some MICE)
