Minimum/maximum number of participants:
Max 50 suppliers in total in Milan and max 6 suppliers for Norway in Rome (due to limited capacity in Rome, and if we have too much demand, we will select a mix of suppliers representing a good diversity of the country.
*The workshop in Rome is only opened to suppliers participating at the workshop in Milan and cannot be bought separately).

STATUS

The event has been postponed to 18th & 19th November.
End of July/ primo August we will make the decision whether to cancel the event and propose a digital replacement. 

 

Background & Goals

The Nordic Workshop is the perfect opportunity to get in touch with selected tour operators and MICE contacts in the Italian market and is organised every year by Innovation Norway, Visit Denmark, Visit Finland and in collaboration with Promote Iceland.

The objective is to increase business mainly of leisure travelling, in Norway and Nordic countries by creating new key contacts in the Italian tourism industry as well as meeting established contacts and clients to strengthen business.

The choice of the cities of Rome and Milan is strategic because most of the specialized and potential new tour operators come from these areas.

The goal of these workshops is to get 60 buyers in Milan and 30 in Rome covering the complete range of the product (leisure groups and individuals, activities such as hiking and biking, winter and shoulder seasons and some MICE)

This workshop is a unique opportunity to meet selected buyers in one to one meetings.  Innovation Norway Italy effort is aiming at making this event successfull for every supplier through the combination of a deep knowledge of the market, of personal relationship with buyers and strong effort to make every supplier meet the most relevant buyers during the workshop

We will focus also on niche tour operator in target with our defined target groups.

Background & Goals

TTG Travel Experience is the most important B2B travel fair in Italy. It represents is the perfect opportunity to get in touch with different buyers ranging from tour operators (both specialized in Nordic countries and potential buyers), travel agencies networks and pure travel agencies.

Our stand will be a Nordic stand including other Nordic countries in order to give more visibility and attract visitors. The objective is to increase business of leisure travelling, mainly in Norway and Nordic countries by creating new key contacts in the Italian tourism industry as well as meeting established contacts and clients to strengthen business.

The goal of the fair is to meet between 60 and 100 buyers covering the complete range of the roduct (leisure groups and individuals, activities such as hiking and biking, winter and shoulder seasons)
