Our goals 2019-2021

Product development

Transfer knowledge about German travel trade market to Norwegian partners and find suitable business partners. Create meeting spaces to get Norwegian suppliers and tour operators from DACH market together for networking, testing products and product ideas and to start a cooperation and find new business partners.
Increase knowledge about Norwegian sustainable destinations among German travel trade to get new products in TOs portfolio.
To achieve this goal we are looking for an already certified Norwegian destination to host a study trip for German / Swiss sustainable certified tour operators. Goal of this tour is to get new products into.
Furthermore we will hold strategic sessions with Product Managers "Product development Board", Fam trip and we will boost Norway through sales calls, B2B-Newsletters,Training Sales Agents in coop with TO and Fam trips. To strengthen our internal expertise we will do competence building.

Increase visibility towards sales agents / boost sales
Marketing for E-learning on the German speaking market has been intense in the last 3 years, as long as it is not updated we will use other ways to educate sales agents about Norway in cooperation with tour operators. approx. 1000 agents per year will be reached.
